Research integrates process systems engineering and fecal chemistry and microbiology to design, optimize, and implement fecal sludge treatment solutions that are context-specific, cost-effective, and sustainable. Project scope spans laboratory research, field implementation, and systems-level analysis to improve sanitation resilience in vulnerable regions.
